  • Praca - Dam Prace A cleaning service company is seeking a bilingual (polski/angielski) Office assistant. Candidate will be responsible for answering phones, greeting clients, data entry, documents copying, scanning, verification/validations, sending and receiving email, routing incoming and outgoing mail appropriately, coordinating and scheduling meetings and other Office tasks. Job requirements: skilled in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint . Able to process applications and paperwork completely and accurately. Excellent communication skills with great attention to detail. Answer and direct incoming calls, check voice mail messages and return calls. Able to multi-task efficiently. Work well under pressure and deadlines. Friendly, outgoing, and professional . Strong work ethic is essential. Must be organized. Organize paper and electronic client files. Proven abilities to be resourceful, energetic, reliable, get along with others and require minimal supervision. Willingness to take on more responsibilities as the company and position grows. This is a full-time position.
