EN Japanese Brasserie, a modern style Izakaya is looking for an assistant manager, hosts, servers, runners, bussers and line cooks to join our team. There are over forty restaurants in the en family in Japan and We are the only Restaurant in the group outside of Japan. We pride our selves on serving traditional home-style cuisine in a fine-dining environment. Please note that all positions are to start immediately. For those looking for a boh position, please have a Genuine desire to learn about japanese cuisine and have a willingness to join a strong unit. Please also have a desire to learn how to do things the en way and know what sense of urgency is all about. Assistant manager - please be a graduate from a hospitality University or recent college grad with a desire to learn how to operate a successful and thriving Restaurant. Hosts - please be able to speak japanese fluently. Servers - please have a desire to learn about japanese food, beverage and culture. Our beverage list features beer, wine, cocktails, sake and shochu. Please include a brief description of shochu and common ways of drinking it in your response to this ad. If You are unfamiliar, look it up. Consider it a first assignment for the position. Runners and bussers - please have fine dining experience.
